Sign Up to the Foundations FA Level 1 Coaching Course

As part of the Foundations commitment to improving the standard and quantity of qualified amateur sports coaches, we are pleased to announce that we are exploring the possibility of running a series of FA Level One coaching courses available for the general public and community leaders.

Details of the proposed course are below and places will be limited.

Proposed Course Details

Course Structure
The course is structured as six modules. Two modules will take place on two consecutive weekdays. Two further practical modules will take place over a full weekend. The course will then conclude with an assessment day to take place on the following Saturday.

Course Costs
The cost of attending this course has been set at £110.00 (usully £150.00) which includes all course material and the emergency aid and safeguarding children workshops/certification.

SATURDAY 17th September - 9:00am - 4:30pm
SUNDAY 18th September - 9:00am - 4:30pm
SATURDAY 25th September - 9:00am - 4:30pm

Age and Fitness
You must be at least 15 years of age to attend and have a reasonable degree of fitness as there is the need to participate in mock training and learn new techniques first hand. There is no upper age limit to becoming a Level 1 Coach.
