20:12 Coaching Program
The Community Sports Foundation is pleased to announce its 20:12 coaching programme. This unique initiative has been created to help celebrate the countdown to the Olympic Games in 2012. The latest grant scheme to be announced by the Foundation will provide up to 2012 hours of free coaching to Schools, Sports Clubs and other community focused groups.
The programme is open to all and can involve the use of any sports the Foundation currently provides coaching for.
The Coaching Programme can be used for; |
- Supplementing and improving existing coaching
- Creating new sports based coaching initiatives
- Training staff in new methods of delivery
- One-off events such as sports days
- Assisting other charities or organisations that share the objectives of the Community Sports Foundation

The Coaching Programme cannot be used for;
- Providing one off cover for absent or sick staff
- Using Foundation staff to organise and run entire events on your behalf
- Profit making schemes where the profits are not retained for good causes
- Securing contracts
- Assisting 3rd parties to deliver contractual obligations
- Projects outside our current focus area

The Foundation expects to receive significant demand for this programme and each application is subject to Trustee approval.
